The family room is at the back of the house with the kitchen. They are actually one big room together. The flooring is real hardwood. This part of the room might be a bit empty for the first little while since Jamie and I do not have enough furniture to fill all the rooms. Do you like the neon green chairs??????? Sorry they won't be coming with the house:)
