I am really trying to be better at posting on a regular basis so here are a couple of things....
I am 35 weeks along right now...so if you do the math...there is 5 weeks left!!! Well, lets hope it's only 5 weeks. Wow, that is such a wierd yet exciting thought.
Yesterday I had another midwife appt. I am now going every week (or at least trying if they don't cancel on me) I am measuring right on target, so for those of you who think I am HUGE I am just right! The position of the baby is good, his head is down and they don't think that this position will change much; which is so good to hear.
I have one more week of work before I am calling it quits! That's right only one more week. I am so looking forward to it.
Not that work has been bad, but I am defnitely looking forward to the down time that I think I will need as we head into the home stretch.
Yesterday after work I decided to hit a baby store and pick up a couple of things. Jamie and I were beginning to realize that this little one could actually come at any time. If that were the case we're really not ready. We decided to purchase a diaper bag (which isn't in the picture) and a nursing pillow. However, what I left from the store with was a bit more than just those two items. They were having a bit of a sale and so I decided to splurge. I bought a bath towel and little outfit that matches and then a white toque with red trim...it is the cutest little thing. I brought everything home and Jamie just laughed at me. I had to remind him that I really hadn't gone out yet and splurged on baby things since being pregnant so I was due. I am so proud of my purchases; I think they are the cutest little things.
Heather asked me the other night if I was beginning to experience "nesting" yet. I told her I was so sure if I had or not but after yesterday's little splurge I must say I am definitely getting into the nesting mode.
Jamie and Heather painted the baby room Tuesday and the color is great. We picked a somewhat sage color that goes with the bedding that we got as well. Jamie is in the process of putting the crib and dresser together. So when all is said and done I promise to post nursery pictures. I can't wait to take pictures and finally have the room ready to go. Very exciting I must say.

You are stunning in that photo. You have a glow to you. I can't wait for you to pop! :o). I love all the cute "little" things. I think that I will be the same way.
You are looking awesome and I am glad to hear that you bought a few things!
;-) I too am proud of myself...have resisted the urge to buy things but won't be long now before I can shop away! Can hardly wait to see the nursery...we got home late tonight and will talk to you both tomorrow!
Love you!

Hey Megs,
You are looking great! I am glad to hear that the little one is doing well and growing well. It will be great to see the pictures of the nursery. I am getting so excited for you guys as it gets closer and closer to the hopeful date of arrival.
praying for you,
love you
What a great picture! Your looking healthy and tan and beautiful. The little things a cute. I'm glad you had fun buying them. We are sure looking forward to coming. I am torn between wanting you to deliver on time and wanting to see you very pregnant in person. Can't wait to see the nursery too.
Even with the picture, I find it hard to believe and realize that "my little girl" is old enough to be married and pregnant, 35 weeks, WOW, soon to be a MOM. I pray for you both every day that you will continue to have a normal pregnancy, labor and delivery. We all look forward to a healthy mother and healthy baby.
Love, Dad...............
