I think this one is my favorite
Some of you might be wondering where we have been....Well I'll tell you.One Monday we left for a mini vacation. We headed down to Homestead Farms in Bellingham, WA. Some of you might be thinking, "Whoa, they sure splurge!" Last year Jamie and I bought into a time share, Great Links Resorts. On top of the points that we accumulate yearly that we will use on travelling farther away, we also are given bonus points at all the Great Link Resorts that are found all over Washington. We are able to stay for 3 days and 2 nights for $35!! That's right folks. $35 bucks! You are responsible for your food and in your rooms there are kitchens that are all fully furnished. You just bring your food. It is a great deal. We decided to stay rather local and do some day trips. We were going to head into Seattle to go to the zoo but the weather was not cooperating for us. So, instead we went to the Tulalip outlet stores. Oh the fun we had there. We also introduced Aidan to the swimming pool. At first he wasn't so in to it but as you can tell by the end he was enjoying himself. As long as daddy kept holding him the same way he was fine.

What fun pictures Megs! Looks like you had an awesome time away! Even when the weather is terrible you can enjoy a swimming pool and shopping!
hey megs- my name is amanda, i was friends with jamies little sister in elamentary school so its a little bit of a distant connection haha, i look at your blog every once in a while and just have to say you have the cutest most expressive little baby boy! i LOVE the first pic of him on this post... he like looks happy to be in the pool but doesnt want to touch the water with his hands, hes so SO adoreable. anyways, just wanted to let ya know i love the pics of your family, you all are so cute!
Aidan is very cute! I enjoyed his expresions and his "talking" as he came along on our walk this morning with Gramma and me. It's hard to believe that our walks, which began when we dropped off our own youngest kids at kindergarten, now include taking our grandkids along every once in a while!
