Puffed Wheat and Chin Ups

Well, since the last time I blogged we have been busy. We started our church slo-pitch season. Last year I didn't play because I was pregnant but now I can play. I think that I will find it challenging though because Aidan will be coming with us most of time (unless I find someone to watch him) There are plenty of people at the games that can watch him but I hate to place that "job" on someone last minute. We'll see how it goes. I do enjoy playing though so if I can keep doing it I would like to. Jamie and I have always said that when we had kids we didn't want to stop doing the things that we enjoyed. Aidan did great for his first double-header; what a trooper!
In the past week Aidan had been enjoying a new favorite, puffed wheat! Who knew that something that simple could be so fun and quite the treat. As you can tell from his shirt below; he enjoyed it immensely. We have tried bananas but he isn't a fan yet. I think that if the pieces are too big he doesn't like it. If I am able to give him smaller chunks then he will work at it.

He has become rather mobile these days. He likes to pull himself up on almost anything and everyone he can. As you can tell, he is rather proud of himself. It has been so fun sitting back and watching him play with his toys and crawl from toy to toy. He is rather content to play by himself as long as you stay in the same room. We are working on that issue. I don't think he has figured out that he can actually crawl to different rooms so for now he stays in one room.

As for me, I have moved up in the world of technology and have joined the facebook and myspace community. Jamie and I lead a college and career life group and they introduced us to these website's. I decided it was high time to join and not feel left out. I think right now I like facebook better. It is easier to use at the moment. Although it really has only been a couple of days. Would love to meet any of you on facebook or myspace......
