I can't believe it has been so long since I last posted. I know the in the time that has lapsed there has been a lot that has happened so bare with me if this is a longer post that usual. I am glad to say that today is a beautiful sunnny Sunday. We haven't really had a nice sunny day in awhile. It is nice to enjoy the warmth of the sunshine as I sit here and reflect on that last several weeks.

Aidan received his first Valentines card this weekend. My parents (his Nana and Papa) sent us a Valentines package. There were little things for all of us and as you can tell Aidan loved his card. Saturday morning when he actually opened his card he carried it around for a good while. I had tried to take a picture of that morning but our camera's batteries decided to die. So, here is the second day of excitement for his card. Thanks Mom and Dad for the package. Aidan loved the card (as you can tell) and the ball you sent. He definitely knew who the card and package was from. Jamie and I are both enjoying our little treats as well.

I realized the other day that it had been awhile since I last posted a picture of myself. I am not fond of taking pictures of myself for those of you who do not get to see me on a regular basis it is good. I am 26 weeks and doing well. This weekend my sciatic nerve has started to give me some issues. I think it flares up when I have done too much in a day. I am not sure how not to take things out of my day seeing as I have not really added more than normal so I think it will just have to be something I have to deal with. Baby Beck #2 continues to be a mover and a shaker but today has seemed to calm down a bit and the movements are in different spots. I was telling Jamie I wondered if the baby moved positions on me during the night. I suppose we will find out on Thursday when I have my midwife appointment. I always look forward to my appointments because I get to have good quality time with my midwife asking questions and listening to the baby move. It really has been a great experience using the midwives.

This weekend has been a good one. We have been able to spend some good time together as a family. Jamie is now done with basketball so he will be coming home earlier in the evenings and that means that his weekends won't be full of tournaments. I do enjoy watching his teams play but when the season comes to a close I am not complaining. We will still have to take Aidan to the school and let him play in the gym occassionally because he loves it so much. He is quickly becoming a gym rat just like his father :)
We bought new bedding for Aidan yesterday. We will be starting the process of transitioning him into a big boy bed. We want to get the room painted and decorated first before we start the quite possibly tedious endeavor. We found bedding at Walmart that has all different kinds of sports and balls all over it. I was thrilled to find it because it matches his love of balls at the moment and because the colors will make it fun to paint the room. We also figured that it would be bedding that he could grow-up with and have for awhile. Once we pick the paint colors and start that process I will have to take a picture of it. He seemed to like it while we were in the store but I don't think he truly understands what it is for yet.

nprice22149I'm so glad you finally got your package. I can't beleive it took almost two weeks. Guess we'll have to send more cards to Aidan. E-mail is nice, but nothing beats hand written cards.
Sorry you're having sciatica pain. Maybe your midwife can give you ideas to help. You look great Meg!Love ya, Mom
Megan, Jamie & Aidan,
Thanks for the pictures and the updates. It is always fun to see Aidan's progress in ball handleing, etc. Its good to see and know that you all are enjoying this season of life. We are so looking forward to coming out in May-June to see you all, and the new baby. Don't want to wish away time as you have another 3 months of this pregnacy to enjoy. We look forward to seeing you on "Skype" each week. Give Aidan a hug from me. Love, Papa....................
Great form indeed!!! He really is amazing in all that he can do with a ball! Thanks for posting pictures and updates Megs! I enjoy them even tho I see you all every week!
Cute picture of you Megan! I really like your sweater! Why has it taken people this long to figure out how to make cute maternity clothes?
Megan and Jamie,
Decided I would drop you a note and let you know we are thinking of you. You'll looking good! Jacob will be finishing up with basketball soon also and I'm sure Pam's happy about that. Everyone's good on this end. We hope your pregnancy continues to go good and your pain will get better. Give Aiden a squeeze from Great Uncle Mike and Deb!
