He's on the Move

That's right folks; it has finally clicked and he is crawling. It happened Saturday morning. He was trying to go for the cat and was determined to get there and before he realized it he was crawling. It was quite funny to watch him realize what he had just done.
As you can tell from below....he was and is quite proud of himself

We have had a good weekend. Enjoying the fact that life has slowed down a bit. Unfortunately Jamie has been struggling with sickness now. He went to the walk-in clinic on Saturday late morning and came back with the diagnosis....brochitis. Are we surprised?? Not really; seeing as Aidan and I both had it 3 weeks ago. Thankfully the Dr. gave him drugs so hopefully by the time we leave on vacation he will be feeling better. Let's also hope that the boys and I are able to stay healthy. So far so good :)

We had some friends over last night (Jon and Courtney) for dinner and games. We hadn't had them over in so long and it was good to connect with them again. Aidan really enjoyed playing with Jon. They played hockey and basketball. It was so fun that Jon was so willing to play with Aidan. Aidan even started calling him, "Unkie" at one point. When it was time for him to go to bed he was so sad that he had to say goodbye to Jon. This morning he immediately asked about Jon and made it very clear that he wanted to have Jon and Courtney over again. So cute!

Thanks Jon and Court, for coming and playing it was fun.

Only one more thing to mention...

Only 6 more sleeps before I am in the hot warmth of the Mexican sun!
