My Jaxon-Boy is 3!

Happy Birthday Jaxon Boy!

My dear Jaxon, what a true joy you have been to our lives. I remember when I was pregnant with you and asking God if this baby could be a cuddler. I already had my boy with blue eyes just like his daddy's and this time I just wanted a cuddler. I don't think I realized right away that I had gotten what I wanted till you got older. You truly are our cuddler and we LOVE it. I think there are times when dad and I both compete to get the most cuddles ;)

You have never been bound by fear when trying new things; instead you feel the need to conquer so as to keep up with your big brother. You definitely started a lot of things earlier than your brother but again I think that was mostly so you could keep up with him. You are such a joy and a perfect match for our family.

You definitely share in the love of sports that runs through this family. You have quickly picked up each sport with your own flare that always brings a smile to our faces. I can't wait to see what sports you grab onto and take as your own. I look forward to cheering you on in whatever you decide to do. I can see my life in a gym and/or a field already ;)

You are your daddy's Canuck fan buddy as you love to watch them come out in their matching blue jersey's to yours. We are already on a first name basis with Mark and Richard who sing "O Canada" and the "Star Spangled Banner" for each of the Canuck's home games. I think sometimes the songs are your favorite part as you sing "O Canada" several times a day.

We love you to the moon and back our little smiley Jaxon boy. I am not sure where Jaxon boy came from but it has stuck. I think the best part of my day was just hearing you say "thank you" for your presents. It was not asked for as "good" manners but purely voluntary from your heart. It is those things you do that melt my heart.
